The busy Berlin drummer loves to accompany Blues and Boogie Woogie. His drum solos, when he walks through the whole concert place, are almost legendary. Since years he plays this music and similar styles almost exclusively and with great success. He has produced several CDs with pianists like Vince Weber or Little Willie Littlefield. The Blues festival "Blues Wave" on the Ruegen island is his creation, like several concert series in Berlin-Koepenick and Jueterbog. His most recent band project "Crazy Hambones" won the 2009 "German Blues Award".
