It’s the common date again in the calendar next summer for all Boogie Woogie fans: The Hamburg Boogie Woogie Connection at Hamburg’s „Fabrik“ on the 8th of August! Pure joy of life is guaranteed, when eight pianists are taking off with their improvisations!

Axel Zwingenberger, host of the festival, will invite prolific guests of the international Boogie Woogie- and Blues-piano-scene, who will put the heat to the grand pianos!

Axel Zwingenberger lives the Boogie Woogie on the stages of the world since over 50 years. The Hamburg Boogie Woogie Connection, which he founded together with Vince Weber and Poldi Eidenhammer, is the longest-living festival of this music in the world – the mother of all Boogie Woogie festivals!

Last but not least, some surprise guests will join in - look forward to them!
